We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was spacious with a great view, and the shower had excellent water pressure. We were pleasantly surprised to find a small refrigerator in the room. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was impressively large. This place truly offers a peaceful and relaxing experience.
Although we can't think of any drawbacks, we highly recommend this hotel to all. The location is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the amenities provided exceed expectations.

During our Xmas stay, we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, including easy access to a hot spring nearby that was great for our skin. We also appreciated that our room had a refrigerator and a great view of the mountains. The hotel’s remote location also provided a tranquil and serene environment, perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.
We were disappointed that the hotel lacked an on-site restaurant and charging guests to use the swimming pool seemed counterintuitive for a thermal hotel. the hotel was understaffed, which made it difficult to get timely help or information.
